Pastor Jason is an Oklahoma native who served as an elder with Grace Life Church of Pryor, Ok since 2012. Pastor Jason was a member there since 2002 and has had the privilege of ministering to the local Youth Challenge program there. Pastor Jason is committed to verse by verse preaching through books of the bible. Pastor Jason retired from a 29 year law enforcement career in 2026 and has accepted the call to pastor Third Baptist Church in Marion. Pastor Jason has been married to April since 2001 and they have three adult sons, all married, and two grandchildren, Elias and Ashlynn.

Tim was born and raised in New Athens, Illinois. Most of his career has been spent in some form of media. Tim still works in radio and writes sports for area newspapers. He is also the founder and President of the Board of Directors for Equipping Haiti, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ministering to the impoverished people in Haiti.  Tim and his wife, Amy, have called Marion home since 1998 and joined the Third Baptist family in 2011. Together they have 8 children and 18 grandchildren.
